Corporate AI-transformation program · 12 weeks

In 3 months your team launches AI agents into real business processes

Neuromasterskaya 2.0 — a corporate AI-transformation program. Not a course about ChatGPT: a backward-designed program where your people build working agents on your own data and teach colleagues to run them.

Built for the people accountable for business results

For the CEO

A competitive edge, not «training». Your team starts running AI agents in real processes while competitors are still reading about it.

For the HRD

A program that changes behaviour, not just hands out certificates. Pre/post testing and a board-ready report on what the team can actually do after 3 months.

For the CDTO

Real change in processes: documented, production-ready agents in your own stack (n8n, API, CRM) — not a diploma. Your team learns to maintain and scale them.

How the program is built

Three months, one trajectory: Understand → Build → Deploy

01

Month 1 — Understand

AI foundations and a real audit of your processes. Sprints 1–2: explain how LLMs work on your own tasks, audit a process, and build your first custom AI assistant for a specific role.

02

Month 2 — Build

Prompt engineering and automation. Sprints 3–4: build a shared prompt library and assemble a working n8n automation that connects at least two of your tools (CRM / Telegram / Sheets / Email).

03

Month 3 — Deploy

A production agent and knowledge transfer. Sprints 5–6: design and pilot an AI agent on real data, present it on Demo Day, and run a workshop so colleagues can use it. Followed by a 30-day check-in sprint.

Learning outcomes

What each participant can do by the end

Run an AI audit of a business process and produce 5+ concrete use-cases for their role

Build a custom AI assistant for a specific role and document a real task run

Write and compare prompts (zero-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought) and pick the optimal one

Assemble an n8n workflow integrating 2+ tools and hand it to a colleague to reproduce

Design an AI agent with tools, memory and error handling, and run a pilot on real data

Present the final project to leadership and run a 30-minute workshop for colleagues

Frequently asked

How do you measure the result?
Pre/post assessment with a skill-gain score, rubric-graded assignments, and a per-participant report you can take to your board. Each participant finishes with a documented, working AI agent.
We already tried AI training and it didn't stick.
2.0 is rebuilt around the exact reasons programs don't stick: no accountability, no rubric, no pre-assessment. It adds a systemic accountability rule, rubric grading, profile tracks and a 30-day post-program sprint.
Will it be too basic for our developers?
There's a technical track with deeper Sprints 3–5: n8n, APIs and agent architectures. The pre-assessment routes each person to the right track.
Can it integrate with our systems?
Sprint 4 connects n8n to any API or CRM that supports a webhook. The final agent runs in your own stack and your team documents it for maintenance.
How long and what format?
12 weeks, 6 two-week sprints. Online-first with 2 live sessions per week (90–120 min) plus self-paced materials; optional offline kickoff and finale days. Group of 12–20, one mentor per 6–8 participants.
